Trash and Butterflies?

I was driving back to work from my lunch break today and I was stopped in a not so great area of town waiting for the train to pass, so I could get by. I was sitting there waiting for a good 10 minutes. The building to my left was falling apart, trash everywhere....genuinely gross. A sad sight, for sure. I was sitting there thinking to myself what a shame it was. Just as I was having that thought the prettiest butterfly flew past my car, and landed on the sidewalk full of trash next to the building. I thought what a strange place for something so beautiful to be. And then I realized, that must be how God views us. In a world so horrible and ugly.... we can be that one beautiful thing that stands out, can't we? Random....I know. Sorry.
